Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the country at 10 am tomorrow. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) gave this information by tweeting. It is believed that PM Narendra Modi may announce to extend the lockdown period tomorrow.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation on Tuesday at 10 am, the Prime Minister's Office said.
The 21-day nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus ends on Tuesday and the prime minister is likely to talk about its possible extension.
Earlier, PM Modi had agreed with the Chief Ministers of all the states to increase the lockdown during video conferencing.

Last month, the prime minister had addressed the nation twice -- on March 19 and March 24.
On March 19, he had called for resolve and restraint to fight coronavirus. He had also announced a 'janta curfew' on March 22, a Sunday.
On March 24, he had announced the 21-day nationwide lockdown to check the spread of the deadly virus.
In a video message on April 3, Modi had urged people to switch off the lights at their homes and light up lamps, candles or mobile phone torches for nine minutes at 9 pm on April 5 to display the country's "collective resolve" to defeat the coronavirus.
Tomorrow is the last day of a lockdown implemented to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. Prime Minister Modi will address the country tomorrow at 10 am. The PMO tweeted about the incident.
It is believed that Prime Minister Modi can announce a lockdown tomorrow. Lockdown may be extended until April 30. Earlier, Prime Minister Modi had agreed to increase lockdown during a video conference with all the state chief ministers.

After much anticipation since the day he held a meeting with the chief ministers of state, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will finally be addressing the nation at 10 am on April 14, which is the last day of the 21-day lockdown.
In a tweet on Monday afternoon, the PMO Twitter handle announced that PM Modi will address the nation at 10 am on Tuesday.
India was put on a 21-day lockdown to stop the spread of coronavirus. The announcement of complete lockdown was made by PM Modi on March 24.
As the lockdown nears an end, several states grappling with the coronavirus crisis have demanded that the Centre extends the lockdown despite all the hardships. The states sought an extension of the lockdown till April 30 in a meeting on Saturday with PM Modi.
Several states such as Maharashtra, Punjab, Telangana and others have already extended the lockdown till April 30.
Soon after Saturday’s meeting, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal created a flutter when he said that PM Modi has agreed to extend the lockdown till April 30.
According to the latest Health Ministry data, the number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 9,000-mark while the death toll has crossed 300.
